these groups are not official party groups. pulse groups are created to spread the posts related to AAP. That is to only job assigned to the aap pulse groups. whatsapp is a kind of a loose platform and many a times the members share cartoons, jokes and other stuff. For sharing such stuff, party can not be held responsible and so aap pulse groups are essentially un official groups.
at the same time, the pulse activity is completely under supervision of party leaders and the IT cell. the central pulse group, known as AAP national pulse, has observers from official IT team of the party.

Pulse groups are not and never can be replacement of internal communication groups of the local teams. the local communication groups must remain secret while the pulse groups are our public groups where we post stuff that must reach to the general public.

The sole purpose of aap whatsapp pulse is to propagate the posts related to aap on whatsapp and other social media. It has nothing to do with the office bearers of central, state or district aap. also, it has nothing to do with the official social media teams of various states and the districts.
yes, like all others, the official members of aap and the social media team are welcome to join the pulse movement. but it must be remembered that the pulse groups are purely spread groups and it has nothing to do with discussion of party strategy AT ANY Level.
